Dieting vs. life span

People in the modern used to over consumed, which is indeed unhealthy. According to the latest news, there are great relations between diet and life span. Long term of dieting shall be effectively cut down the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc.

Overweight people are not only overweight within their waist but also in the bodily organs. Fatty tissues inside the stomach and abdomen are most harmful to human body. These are also visible result of overweight.

Doctors suggest, by downsizing daily consumed calories, additional exercise, shall be able to send the scale numbers down.
