Coke + Ajinomoto

Coke + Ajinomoto can be used to rape ladies

I received a news about the recent tactic used to spike girls' drink. It is a cheap and widely used method. This method was used in Canny Ong murder. Rapist uses this method.

Coca-cola + ajinomoto/mono sodium glutamate = a medicine which will cause drowsiness and excitement in the victim..

This mixture is poisonous if used too often on the victim.

Snores kill

Do your partner snores? Do you know that noise that emanates from your partner when he sleeps is not just irritating, it may be a killer. Be careful of the below symptoms for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Keep an eye on your partner is he snores at night.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), being “a clinical condition in which the upper airway collapses intermittently and repeatedly during sleep”. Being overweight or obese greatly increases one’s risk of developing OSA.

OSA is known to be as severe a risk factor as having high blood pressure and high cholesterol in causing future cardiovascular events.

Most of OSA suffers typically have loud snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, feelings of choking or shortness of breath at night, restless sleep, un-refreshing sleep, changes in personality (impaired concentration, anxiety, irritability, depression, forgetfulness) and nocturia (waking up to pass urine at night).

It is really dangerous to suffers from OSA. So, if you suspect either yourself or your spouse, relative, friend or lover has OSA, please ask them to seek help and help them towards a healthier future!

Eat veggies

It is so easy to use a low-carbohydrate diet as an excuse for poor nutrition, low-carbohydrate food doesn't always nutritional food! Resist this temptation.

If the only vegetable you have eaten in the last 5 years has been the potato, now is a good time to begin experimenting with other vegetables. This is important for your overall health and to avoid some nasty side effects of not getting enough fiber in your diet.

If you try hard enough, you will find out which vegetables that you enjoy eating. Experiment with grilling veggies or cooking with real butter to add flavor. You can also search for new recipes through the internet or in cook books.

Remember, if you are only eating 40 grams of carbohydrate a day or less, 2 cups of plain salad greens contain only about 5 grams of carbohydrate. You have no excuse not to eat your veggies.

Veggies bring enough nutrition for a healthy life and low in carbohydrate too! Please do not miss out the veggies as your daily food!

Take a good multivitamin

We can't all do it right all of the time. Even the most conscientious food combiner may miss some healthy vitamins, minerals and trace elements in their diets.

To make sure you get everything that you need, consider taking a good multivitamin.

Check with your doctor first for recommendations and you should be tested for anemia to see if you need a vitamin with iron. However, the longer you eat low-carbohydrate and the more red meat you eat, the less anemia will be a problem and you should be able to take vitamins with less iron.

Your success is totally up to you. Assuming that you are an otherwise healthy individual, your body will do its part. Just remember to adhere to the low-carb diet plan that is right for you and add some variety to your meals to help you stay faithful to your health and weight loss goals.

Larger meals early, smaller meals later

Craving for delicious foods but wanting to keep the body shape? That is a way, you just need to eat larger meals early and smaller meals later to keep your body shape. It is that easy! Just remind yourself to eat larger meals early and smaller meals later, that is it!

You will surely feeling better and losing weight faster if you eat a large breakfast and eat a smaller dinner. Eat the majority of the carbohydrates earlier in the day, saving a salad and lean meat protein for dinner will do you good. Remember to eat heavy meals early, and light meals later!

Eating larger meals during the part of the day when you are most active will help you to feel satisfied throughout the day and curb cravings for unhealthy snacks. You will be able to burn off more calories during the active period of the day, and burn less calories after dinner, (the time when you were to rest and relax!). So remember to take less during dinner. Do not take in any supper as well!

Yet there is another easy way to keep your body fit, go for Marie France! But this is absolutely a expensive way. You may need to apply a payday cash loan for it!

Prepare your own food

While more and more restaurants are offering low-carb friendly menu items, many of them are still not ideal low-carb fare. There are many recipes for quick and easy meals that you can prepare yourself at home. Try to do this as often as possible.

If you cook your own foods, you know exactly what the contents are and you will be able to better control for hidden sugar and otherwise processed foods.

Another benefit is the cost savings over the long run. Even if you must go to the grocery store more often, you will save a significant amount per meal as opposed to eating at restaurants and fast food establishments.

It will also be easier to maintain your diet with your own favorite fresh food selections on hand.

November flu?

Most of my colleagues are having flu. Most probably it's cause by the season. The sun shines so hot in the morning, and it'll rain heavily in the evening (especially by the time we are off to home!) That's why many of us are getting flu.

So, be careful. Drink more water and bring the umbrella along in the evening!

Eat some protein each meal

Eating protein helps you burn more calories.

Jeff Hample, Ph.D., R.D., a spokesman for the American Dietetic Association says that, "Protein is made up mainly of amino acids, which are harder for your body to breakdown, so you burn more calories getting rid of them."

Just think:“ Eating a protein rich snack can help you lose weight. How about a few slices of turkey or ham or some string cheese? "

Eating protein will also help you feel full so that you are less likely to crave unhealthy foods.

Drink a glass of water after each snack

This will help you get in your 8 to 10 glasses of water each day but it can also have other benefits.

Feeling hungry after eating a handful or standard serving of nuts? Try drinking some water. The water will help you feel full and prevent over-indulgence.

Drinking water after a snack will also help remove the after-taste from your mouth and can help curb your desire for more.
